Women's Lacrosse Picked 20th In Inside Lacrosse Top-20 Preseason Rankings

ALBANY, N.Y. - With about two and half months away from the start of the 2013 season for the UAlbany women's lacrosse team, Inside Lacrosse's Face-Off Yearbook has the Great Danes 20th in the 2013 ILWomen's Preseason Rankings. UAlbany defended its America East Conference Tournament Championship and returned to the NCAA Tournament for the second consecutive time in 2012. UAlbany finished the 2012 season with a 12-6 record overall. Notable returners for the Great Danes are senior midfielder Jess Antelmi, senior attacker Rachael Burek, junior attacker Ariana Parker, and junior goalkeeper Anna Berman. Parker returns as an America East Conference First Team selection and both Antelmi and Burek return as Second Team selections.
