St. Baldrick's Foundation Fundraiser & Shavee Event

The Binghamton University athletics department is once again teaming up with Residential Life and Alpha Phi Omega to host a St. Baldrick’s Foundation fundraiser and shavee event on Saturday, April 13th from 11:00a.m. to 2:00p.m. outside at the Bearcats Sports Complex (behind the lacrosse field next to the concession stand). We encourage all of you to join us for what should be an inspiring and fun afternoon. The baseball, softball, men’s lacrosse and men’s soccer teams will all be competing at home that day so it is a great opportunity to see our student-athletes in action while supporting a worthy cause.

All proceeds from the event will go directly to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, which helps fund childhood cancer research. Anyone interested in signing up as a shavee, participating as a volunteer, or in making a donation, can do so at our event webpage: http://www.stbaldricks.org/events/mypage/1248/2013. To date we have raised nearly $6,000 and have 27 shavees registered.

In the event of inclement weather the festivities will be moved indoors to the Events Center concourse.
