Reagan, a three-year letterwinner for the Orange football team, is one of 14
players who have earned induction into the Capital District Chapter of the
National Football Foundation (NFF) and College Hall of Fame.
Reagan was a center for the Orange from 1991-93,
and was part of the team that defeated Colorado in the 1993 Fiesta Bowl. During
that season, Reagan blocked for Marvin Graves, who led the BIG EAST with 2,296
passing yards as well as David Walker, who led Syracuse with 855 yards on the
ground.
In Reagan's three seasons with SU, the Orange
went 26-8-1 and appeared in back-to-back- bowl games. He was also a tri-captain
during the 1993 campaign. In the classroom, Reagan was a two-time selection to
the BIG EAST All-Academic Team (1992-93). Reagan joins former Syracuse standout
Deval Glover, who was inducted into in 2011.
The 2012
Capital Region Football Hall of Fame Induction Class will be honored on August 4
at Michael's Banquet House in Latham, N.J. Tickets are still available for the
event, which begins at 6:00 p.m., and includes drinks hors d'oeuvres and
induction ceremony for $40.
