ELBRIDGE, N.Y. - May 8, 2012 -
Safety-Kleen is among several sponsors enhancing the experience for
fans and competitors this season at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park.
Safety-Kleen, the official environmental service provider for Rolling Wheels and NAPA Auto Parts Super DIRT Week, is introducing at-the-track oil collection services in addition to absorbent disposal, waste fuel disposal and oil filter collection for all race teams. Plus, Safety-Kleen will also provide a parts cleaning station for the teams. This compound is one-of-a-kind in DIRTcar Racing and mirrors Safety-Kleen's presence in NASCAR garage's across the country.
It's all part of Safety-Kleen's efforts to protect the environment. Safety-Kleen recycles more than 200 million gallons of used oil per year. The environmental station put together with the help and support of A-Verdi Storage Containers will enhance a single-point recycling and cleaning area for all teams at Rolling Wheels Raceway Park.
"It's exciting to bring drivers and
teams a service like no other seen at a dirt track," Rolling Wheels Raceway Park
GM Jeff Hachmann said. "Sponsorship is a major component in building the fan and
competitor experience in motorsports. We are fortunate to have great partners
that look to build their brand through the loyal fan base at Rolling Wheels
